90-Day Yogi Warrior Course


How has the last few months treated you? If you are like me, they have shaken your wellness routine, your social routine, your work routine. But that can stop today. As we are all focusing on self-isolation, feeling stagnant, emotionally vulnerable, and depressed can easily gain space in our lives. But that can stop today.



During the next 90 days , we will be addressing the 13 key areas of developing your inner yogi warrior. Each of these critical areas of mastery, are conveniently laid out in the daily training log and  guide.

The key areas we will be look at include: sleep, selfcare, nutrition, vitamins/supplements, water, warrior wisdom, meditation, joy, breath work, EMF or phone usage, movement, social nearing and an important part I call “letting go”.

This course includes:
