I always look at our beautiful, wonderful bodies as these magnificent castles. We have to continue to maintain them, grow in them, pay attention to every minute detail that they are telling us, so they can take care of us. This means that at every age we need to focus on the four pillars of – our foundation – our castle, that being balance, strength, endurance and flexibility. On this page you will find various classes in each. Find a style and tempo that fit your needs and build these classes into your daily Yogi Warrior daily routines.
