RISING from one season to another


With this course over the next 14 days, we will be going on a journey to look at how our beautiful, wonderful bodies and minds transition through this important seasonal switch and what we can do to best support ourselves and those around us during this time.

I have broken our 14 days together up into three sections:

  • PRE-CLEANSE the first 4 days where we get our bodies and minds ready for this transition 
  • CLEANSE this is where the deep cleaning and letting go of emotions, thoughts, and toxins that have built up over the winter months takes place
  • POST-CLEANSE here you journey back from this experience as we go through your best self care practices during this time of year and how to keep your spring cleanse GLOW going.

At the top of this course’s page, you will see the coloured navigation bar. Each of these links will take you to all the resources for each section (our pre-cleanse, our  cleanse, and the post-cleanse). You can move through them at your own pace. In each section, you will find that section’s:

  • self-lead course videos
  • meditation
  • breath work exercise
  • and your yoga tutorial
